Review on 🔥 Hobart 196139 Welding Liner .023/.035: Premium Quality for Efficient Welding by Jesus Baker

Apparently this is an insert for several different welders. This liner needs some instructions to tell you where to cut it. It was about 4 feet longer. I pushed it back into the head as far as I could mark and cut it about a half inch below the mark so I could push it back into the head with the tip, then tighten the tip and make good contact with the have peak . . I replaced it because I didn't know what I was doing when I got the welder, I cut off part of the liner to make replacing the tip easier and I was having trouble. Replacing the liner didn't solve the problem, I'm sure it makes good contact with the tip so it's not the liner's fault.
