Does not match factory length. Works great AFTER you have to remove the 36-60" helical inner steel bushing which requires great care to maintain the inner size of the bushing to allow the welding wire to pass without binding.

Hobart Handler 140 works like new! I had many problems with the wire, making it almost impossible to make anything other than thumbtacks. After replacing the liner with a new one, my welder works like new. had to cut over 6 feet from the new liner to fit my handler 140 cable. Thank you Hobart1

Good weld liner for Hobart. I ordered Arc 130 for my auto but it won't work without cutting the wire in front of the nut. You need an insert without unnecessary details. The one for Auto Arc is part 210970 or 210970R, this is part of the H-9B pistol, Revain has it at Miller https://www.amazon.com/Miller-210970-Liner-Moncoil-023-035/dp/B004HEHKSKI chose not to modify, just buying the right liner instead

Apparently this is an insert for several different welders. This liner needs some instructions to tell you where to cut it. It was about 4 feet longer. I pushed it back into the head as far as I could mark and cut it about a half inch below the mark so I could push it back into the head with the tip, then tighten the tip and make good contact with the have peak . . I replaced it because I didn't know what I was doing when I got the welder, I cut off part of the liner to make replacing the tip…
