Review on Fox&Summit WiFi Water Leak Sensor with Chime | Battery Operated Smart Sensor | WiFi Enabled Water Leak Detector Alarm | No Hub Required by Hesham Peltier

I bought this about 7 months ago because about every 12-18 months my drain pump resets and floods my laundry room. When setting it up, I first ran a test and checked regularly over a couple of months to make sure everything was fine. It appears to be in good condition. Til today. The drain pump failed again, and I only found out when I heard water running out of the drain near my washing machine. Photos are attached. I've tried logging into the app and it just hangs when I try to launch it. It either works or it doesn't, and since it doesn't work, 1 star. A complete waste of money. Now I have a big mess to clean up. PS After a little research it looks like this company has closed. My experience is similar to hundreds of other reviews I've seen. Too bad this product had everything I was looking for that other companies didn't offer. Revain should stop selling Fox and Summit products so others are not exposed to this failed venture.
