I like that you can do all of your printings from anywhere at any time! It's easy to share files with clients, use it in conjunction with our website for online ordering or just have them available if they need some extra copies. You don't really get support when using this service out-of-the box unless there is an actual issue (i.e., not simply 'it didn't work'). The free plans are limited as well so be sure to check the costs prior to signing up. We haven't had problems but we also know how difficult it would be to find issues without having someone who knows what they're doing looking over things. Printing documents quickly and efficiently has been made possible through this device/service.
