Heel sizing is way off - won't fit without damaging shoe
The sizing for the heels is way off. The base of my heel is only 12mm so a size "wide" with a range of 11mm-14mm should have fit perfectly. They're so small I can't use them at all. The packaging says "squeeze product before using to increase elasticity" so I did that then tried to put it on again and scuffed the heel of my shoe and now the shoe itself is all bunched up. (Obviously I stopped as soon as I noticed so the damage is slight but still frustrating on a new pair of nice shoes.) I can't imagine that these could fit without ruining the heel even if they were sized properly.
- Fit my wedding heels, and provide stability walking on carpet and grass.
