I've been using K&N for a few years just to compare it to the top branded filters on the lower budget. I have used MOPAR, Fleetguard and Fram. Getting down to business, K&N beats them all in terms of quality and price. At $10, this filter is an absolute steal. MOPAR and Fleetguard do the same job for $16, while this filter does the same job at a lower FRAM price. The kit also comes with an OIL change reminder that a small amount of additive is a plus showing they care. MOPAR and Fleetguard did not have this in their kits. Used on 1997 Dodge RAM 12v 2500 and 2011 RAM 2500 Both Diesel
