Easy to use and build knowledge base for HR department

I love how easy it is for me, as an administrator of our HR department at Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company Worldwide (RCCW), which includes over 100 hotels in North America alone! So far everyone has been very receptive with us having this software within their organization now that we have implemented several weeks ago!! We are still being monitored by other companies suchas PSA Software but they've seen some improvement from there too though nothing major so yet. As soon or not anyone knows what happened if something was lost because someone forgot about themself using KTC then all would be good :) Just make sure its working right when u get going through training people who will use your system first hand. ! The benefit i'm seeing after implementation into my work place where employees can search any employee's previous time sheets easily without needing assistance. This makes payroll easier since no one seems confused anymore once everything functions properly again ;) And also helps reduce errors It is very user friendly, fast and easy to use. I have no dislikes. It has been easy to learn and use. I was able to quickly create a knowledge base to support our team. It has been easy to add new content and it has been easy to link to other sites. I have used other solutions, but nothing has been as easy to use as KnowledgeTrack. KnowledgeTrack has been a great tool to help us build a knowledge base. It has helped us to stay on top of what we need to know and to share with others.
