I like that it's an easy system to navigate through in regards to patient documentation as well as viewing reports of previous treatments or patients within our practice specific site (such as patient demographics & visit notes). When we use this software, there are times when some of my other staff members have trouble seeing what they're looking for/finding exactly where something was written down prior to entering their own treatment into EHR. This can be frustrating if you rely heavily upon someone else writing things up while also having them enter those items via your keyboard / mouse. It takes about 1 week after logging onto apixiapp before any new features become available (e.g., ability to create custom dropdown menus) which makes training difficult because it means creating all content yourself rather than adding "content" already created by others who had used another program beforehand. Also, Apixi has no way of exporting documents once saved so one cannot print out certain charts or pages in order to pass along to colleagues. In addition, sometimes saving files becomes corrupted and then does not allow us to re I like that they are very helpful when it comes to getting answers quickly. They have been able to get me answers within minutes of my request. Sometimes there is a delay in getting an answer back but this is usually only a couple of hours. Not much I dislike about them. They do what they say they will do. We use them for our billing department. Their customer service has been great.
