This cable worked great. It converts USB plugs into micro USB plugs inexpensively. There is nothing more to say here. You can see the dimensions of the adapter cable in the photos I uploaded. This cable has a female USB end intended for the male end of the USB cable. It's also limited to USB 2.0, so a USB 3.0 cable would be blunt.
