This is one part that we haven't found much fault with as yet - it was easy for us to set up using their detailed guide given at the time of installation- no issues here! Customer service can be improved but so far they have been great in helping me out when I've needed them (and also very helpful initially). It's good to get an overview from someone who has done this before about any potential problems you'll encounter during implementation or while running your basic integration solution. We're looking into setting some more alerts around stock levels which would help reduce manual intervention within warehouse operations if not automated completely.
