Exactly what I need and sharpened very precisely to .250 inch. My micrometer could be off by about three tenths of a thousandth, but that's a tenth the thickness of a piece of paper, so they got it right. They are excellent for CNC edge measurement as well as other tight tolerance dowel applications. I cannot confirm their durability as I use them in low wear applications. But for me and for the price they are great.
