When I first installed it (which, yeah, it was easy), it kind of worked. The automatic pretty much had a mind of its own. I contacted switchdoctor and they sent me another one, no problem. It was fine and dandy, but the customer support was good. The exchange never worked properly. I just didn't want to deal with having to pull it out again and go through the process. I was willing to accept that the auto function was weird and sometimes the locks just did their thing. But now, a year and a half later, it doesn't work at all. Exactly the same as the original problem. The price was ok but the quality of their product is just lacking.
