The ease of use! I have been using this platform for years now (since 2013) to manage all aspects related camping/hiking trips - from booking accommodation through organizing group activities or events as well tracking our daily progress via GPS data logs etc., it's just perfect in every way possible!! Nothing so far that we dislike at least :). Also they are constantly updating their product which makes me feel safe about its future development too :) They also support custom fields if needed by adding extra columns into existing categories e example "Water Bottle" category would then become like water bottle type 1-2 bottles / day 3+4+.
