Incorrect seal design.
Unfortunately I flew out the rear window leaving me no choice but to get some yellow sheath style hose seals to replace the bad white plastic seals and see if replacing the seals does these valves functional. Obviously these parts were not tested with Schrader valves to verify proper Schrader actuation and valve operation.
