I would give this set 4 stars if there wasn't one thing that bothered me about this set. It cooks well, easy to clean, looks great, but pots and pans glide over my gas burners like the bottom is greased! (Of course they aren't). There is nothing special about my stove, it is a regular Maytag gas stove, 4 burners (see photo). I have an old Emeril cookware and it has never slipped. So a word of caution, be very careful not to accidentally bump or poke this cookware when placed on the stovetop with HOT food or boiling liquids. This can be a terrible injury to the chef, children or pets loitering in the kitchen!
