I've tried to return but can't seem to return after 30 days. I used this once, it's "easy to install" but you have to tighten it every 20 minutes. The nuts that came with this bracket broke off when I tried to remove them. When I was traveling with an Outfitter bike rack that only had a kid's bike, an aluminum men's bike, and an aluminum women's bike, this thing kept moving over the bumper. When we finally got home and removed it, I noticed that the side weld had completely separated from the bottom of the mount. I do not recommend!
