Review on Bencorp TPA by Andrew Britton

It had everything we needed to streamline the process of our TPA and all our carriers. It is a very user friendly program. It is easy to use and it is very quick to set up and get going. It was a little slow in the beginning, so we had to do a lot of research to find the right carriers for our clients. It took a while to find carriers that were willing to enter into the relationship with us. If I had to pick one thing, I would say that it was the interface. It was too hard to navigate at first. But as the program was built out, it got better. It is a great program that we use on a daily basis. It has helped streamline the process of our business and it has been very beneficial. It has also helped with our cash flow. We are able to see the payments that are coming in and we are able to pay It’s easy to use with any device as long you have an internet connection which I love because we are in construction business where there isn't always reliable cell service or wifi! Customer Service was very helpful for what ever need came up during training process - it really made me feel like they were invested into my success- especially when things got busy so fast after hiring them out!!
