Review on 🏢 Miele S8390 Kona Canister Vacuum Cleaner by Rosemary Veliz

Six months with this vacuum and I am changing my rating. About three months after we bought this vacuum cleaner, the long hose broke. It's workable, but it should work weirdly. Then, after a few weeks, the part of the parquet twister that connects it to the pipe broke in half. Miele service is TERRIBLE. They're impatient on the phone, oblivious to the fact that their nearly $1,000 vacuum broke twice in just a few months, or that I live a half-day drive from their nearest service center. My only choices are to spend two days dropping it off and then picking things up when they decide it's a warranty repair, or pay $55 plus a box to ship the oversized tube out of my pocket. I've already bought another parquet twister with my own money because I can't live without a vacuum cleaner. Worst of all, this is the second Miele vacuum we've hosed down from them for their poor customer service. I think it's my fault. fool me once This is our second Miele and a huge improvement over the compact we had before. It has everything I want in a vacuum and is exceptionally well done. I wasn't sure a motorized carpet would do that much, but it really does. We vacuumed with our old vacuum, then used this one and were blown away by the difference it makes. The built-in tools are a nice upgrade too, so it's nice to have them here. It's so powerful. When I suck up cereal that kids spill, the bag doesn't fill up right away because the vacuum turns the cereal into a powder. The reason I give it four stars instead of five is because it is heavy and not very comfortable to hold. I was expecting this prettier pen to be more comfortable to hold, but it isn't. I prefer the grip of non-powered Miele vacuums when you just pick up the phone. Not only is this set easier to hold, but it also allows for better maneuvering around furniture. Everything is difficult too. I'm a young woman and even I can't vacuum for more than 20 minutes or so without my hand starting to hurt.
