We've had the S514 since 2006 and while it still works great we're picky about giving it a little less wear and tear. We also have one of their dishwashers (over 10 years old) as well as a washer and dryer. What we have always liked about their products (besides the quality) is the low noise level, so getting another vacuum from them was an easy matter.
