Rexbeti metal cutter cuts through 2mm thick aluminum like butter. The problem is that it's difficult to see exactly where it cuts the edge and difficult to control with precision. With a hand hole punch, you can easily cut a square hole by removing the punch after you reach the corner, rotating it 90 degrees, reinserting it, and carrying on. Rexbeti and other drill powered punches cannot be used with a 90 degree rotation due to the teardrop shape of the cutting head. (A cylindrical cutting head has a triangular pillar behind it.) Then you need to make several cuts at different angles, resulting in a rectangular hole with curved sides and rounded corners. The work must be completed with a hand cutter and files. However, Rexbeti saves a lot of time, labor and wrist pain compared to using a hand punch for the entire job. The case does not allow storing the tool with the handle attached. To save time I used a utility knife to change the foam inside the case so the tool can be stored with the handle attached.
