Terrible and almost impossible to open
Open the whole bottle, take out the pump, rinse and dry, hold the white part and twist the cap to open it. I broke a bottle pump trying to open it and broke a nail in the process. I will never buy this again. I know how to open pump bottles from other brands. That's ridiculous.
