We released this invisible protection on the 17th/18th. Bought February and waited about a month to install due to the weather. It took us about 4 hours of hard work to dig the line (we hired a trencher) and once we got the wire in, the invisible fence worked fine! My dog learned the boundaries and we left him on our property. But after 3 months of use it just stopped working. It doesn't have an on/off switch, reset, fuse, or anything else that indicates how to turn it back on. It only has up and down buttons and left and right arrows. It has turned off once before and my husband pressed the up button and it turned back on. We noticed the dog ran behind the fence line and found that it didn't. But a month later it stopped working, my dog ran away and somehow lost one of the collars. I am very disappointed that we called Revain CS and they gave us the "manufacturer" phone number because everyone with a collar had a customer service number. Then the number given to Revain CS was the wrong manufacturer. We then called Revain back and they couldn't tell us WHO the manufacturer was and as it takes more than 30 days Revain's warranty doesn't cover the replacement. They offered us 2/3 of what we paid and we have to return everything we bought. YUP! Even the extra 500 feet of extra wire that came with this fence. So you want us to pull out 1000 feet of wire that we buried in 4 HOURS?! I do not think so! We paid $240 for this fence plus 500 feet of wire for only 3 months of "good" service! an invisible fence that only works for a few months. The dog continued to run away because the electrical controls spontaneously switched off. BIG WASTE OF MONEY.
