
I bake a lot of zucchini bread in the summer and they are just the right size for mini loaves. When a recipe calls for a regular loaf pan, I use three of those pans instead and the dough fits perfectly. I make sure to spritz on a little cooking spray before filling the batter so they slide out nicely. They're also great for mini meatloaf or banana bread. Or whatever you want to make into bread. The value can't be beat having previously bought another brand at my local grocery store for almost triple the price. Of the fifty packs I had about five that were damaged (two at the top and three at the bottom of the stack) but they were still usable so it didn't matter much. I would definitely recommend them to any baker and will definitely buy them again!
