You get what you pay for
They looked like a good alternative to more expensive brand name pens. Unfortunately, they look nice but are not very functional. I'll return any that I haven't installed yet. I installed 3 last night - they are easy to install and look great. However, the bronzed finish chipped easily and already looked awful on one of the forwards, one of the knobs got stuck in the down position when turned, and they were all loud when turned and felt clunky. But I spent money on it, I was hoping to save a few bucks on the inside handles, but I was wrong!
