Bad Bearing: Bearing

New wheel bearing fitted. Customer complaint about flapping after installation. I checked the rotors beating, they are normal. The captured wheel and bearing will move about 3/16 from side to side. I'm trying to get a guarantee but the phone numbers don't work. No response to 1-888-244-0198 or 1-626-766-4808
