This 4K portable monitor helps me a lot in sorting and editing the photos I take. I usually take pictures in burst mode, which results in hundreds of similar shots. Sorting and editing these images is quite a challenge as most of the images are nearly identical with minor differences best seen when zoomed in close up. Easy to use touch screen and 4K. Using the touchscreen to zoom in and out is much easier than using the mouse to zoom in and out. I use this laptop with my desktop and laptop. Neither have a Thunderbolt port. So to enable the touchscreen, I need to use the HDMI port for the display and the USB-C port for the touchscreen. Viewing the screen is like touching a piece of paper. 4K makes a big difference compared to the 1080p version as 4K gives more room to zoom in to see more detail. Installation and Use This monitor is ready to use. A big plus is that I don't need to install a separate driver to use this monitor. The cover holds this monitor well in landscape mode. However, in portrait mode I have to use a separate monitor stand. The headphone jack is helpful. I don't use it that often. The screen is bright and the colors are great. Photos look good on this monitor. Possible gift. The packaging looks very good and professional. This monitor is suitable as a gift, premium gift.
