Review on JobOps by Kyle Ross

It has been easier than ever to communicate with customers via email or social media while still remaining in-house at my business! I have not had any issues so far but there are some minor glitches here & there that need fixing (or they will be fixed).

The team at jobops were very helpful throughout our trial period of using this software as we transitioned from one supplier to another last year - their support was phenomenal!! They took time out of work hours to help us get up to speed quickly which meant everything ran smoothly when it came time to implement into production systems. We're now able to handle invoicing online whilst also being kept informed about customer queries through emails/social media channels seamlessly without having to jump between different platforms.
