I like that it has an easy calendar of appointments and reminders! It helps me get my job done faster because there are no emails coming in or out from other people during work hours. It has been easier than ever to communicate with customers via email or social media while still remaining in-house at my business! The most useful thing about this software has been its ability to keep us organized with scheduling jobs in our field force so that we can ensure each job gets done right! It also helps me generate invoices quicker than I could do it manually which saves time when doing payroll as well.
