Leaking around the o-ring, prop sent replacements
I installed the shaft outside the pond in a dry configuration and I had some leakage around the front of the housing where the o-ring fits. I emailed Lifegar to request an O-ring. They sent an o-ring and a new front housing free of charge. This worked great and fixed the problem. I understand that a watertight pressure seal can have tight tolerances that are sometimes outside of quality control and I am very pleased that Lifegard resolved the issue quickly.
