I might have to change the rating later, but right now I'm just angry! This item came to me, the box looked perfect but when I looked again there were a few small tears in key places showing someone had opened it before me. I suspect it was sent back to them because the item was broken and then the company turned around and just shipped it back to me. It would probably be perfect and would get 5 stars from me if it wasn't for this question. The protective material covering the neck ripped when the box was opened. You would think if it was brand new they would have someone inspect the items before packing them! I will not return it just because my husband said he will stick it up and use it on his boat. But I will have to buy something else for my car where I originally wanted to put it. The suction cup is very sticky so it will likely stick well to your dashboard or windshield. The neck is very stiff so it probably won't wobble. The magnet seems very strong so your phone is pretty stable. I'll have to ask my husband next time he takes his boat and update this review. Or just leave it as I have no plans to buy from this company again unless they read my review and fix the problem!
