I just got an African gray dog that needed a new home and used to eat berries and sunflower seeds! (insert eye roll emoji) For all bird lovers, this is the nth ban! So for the last week I've had them, I've been feverishly researching what and how much to eat, other than fruits and veggies (which Leo parrot is still getting used to). several times and especially for picky parrots. Lion eat them as hard as he eats these seeds. They're slightly larger than a piece of cooked orzo (to be precise), so it's easy for him to sit down and hold them while he eats them. I don't think I couldn't have it part of his diet. I recommend it to all parrot owners!
