QBSM Hydration Packs are great for easy to moderate hikes. The hydration bladder is easy to open and close and fits well in a pocket. I know it sounds weird, but the valve on the siphon works best when the bite is perpendicular to the crevice. I keep mine in the freezer to avoid bacterial/mold growth and clean the spout with isopropyl alcohol after each use. The belt-attached pockets are large enough to hold my iPhone 11 and keys. Other pockets offer plenty of space for snacks and essentials. I like the ability to adjust each strap for maximum comfort. As for the size, I think it is most suitable for M/L men or M-XL women. My husband (XXL) tried it on and it took him about another 15cm of the strap to buckle it. My main criticism is the side straps. There is no loop to secure them and they just bounce around annoying me. Long-distance runners, this backpack is not made for us. It is not insulated and attaching the buckles to the underside of the arms can cause chafing. However, this is a good hiking backpack at this price point.
