When my package arrived, I was excited because I love candles! The small candle jars included in the package were damaged (bent) like they had just been thrown into the box. It was ok because I only planned to use them to test my candle making skills. However, the scents included in the set are terrible. Usually the flash point for many oils is in the range of 155-185, it is difficult to determine the 185 point on the supplied thermometer as it is not marked. The first candle I made I added fragrance about 175 times to be safe, and there was still no odor when it burned. The next round I changed it to 155 and still had a very LOW smell. I even included a whole frigging bottle 🤦🏽‍♀️ If you just want to get started I wouldn't recommend this set. Wax paints were bad too. Luckily I bought wax paint elsewhere so the candles were the color I wanted, but the first candle I made used paint and my candle was still white.
