Review on Burning Glass Technologies by Sean Bouchard

The interface is easy enough that even people with no coding experience can use it (although I would recommend learning how because there are some useful functions hidden in menus).

It's also pretty intuitive once you get used too! There aren't any downsides so far as i've seen - maybe they will come up later down stream but we haven'e had time yet for me or my team members who don;t work directly w/the software have noticed anything wrong at this point either :) We were looking into ways of keeping track what jobs matched our skillset better than LinkedIn did when searching out potential employees from various companies which could be easily filtered by location etc. This does exactly ths!! No problems encountered thusfar though.
