Poor quality control and horrible screen waves plus misinformation on the product page.

The screen looks good overall but when it arrived the case was bent outwards on a small part, not inwards as it might have been due to an impact during shipping could have been. Black dots are visible in several places on the screen, which are visible when viewing bright images, and the bottom bar seems to stick up slightly when the screen is snapped back into the case. The screen's texture creates a "shiny" film grain effect, which is particularly noticeable when viewing bright images. It really distracts from some scenes and makes me feel like I'm looking at shiny colored sand rather than the projected image. On top of that, while I was expecting ripples on the screen, I wasn't expecting to pan to see what looks like a video under rippling water with bubbles in the middle, or anything that's supposed to be flat or straight. it happens on screen. Overall, even considering the price, I'm VERY unimpressed with the quality of this screen. EDIT: There are a few more things I want to mention. The hex tube that rolls up the screen curves slightly and even twists a bit when the screen is taken out. Presumably this is caused by tension on the reel inside, but I'm not sure if this is normal or not. After taking a closer look at the product page, I also noticed that the information about this product is contradictory. The screen is advertised with 0.78 inch stops. After about 20 minutes of trying to expand and collapse the screen, the best I could come up with was a 5-inch spacing. Based on this, the initial description lists this screen at the top of the page as having a 160 degree viewing angle. Okay, 160 is enough. However, the detailed description further down the page lists it as having a 180 degree field of view. what he Did I receive the screen I ordered due to issues I'm currently having, or was I (hopefully) sent an accidental cancellation? blisters.
