Insanely uncomfortable More harm than good

Sprained my ankle in the ER and got a makeshift cast due to running out of hiking boots. I was told it was up to me to decide whether to order one myself or wait for the specialist to put me one on one in a week and a half when he looked at it. I ordered this because of the Aircrast brand. My first impression was wow, it looks amazing and well made, I was so thrilled. After only 2-3 days I can't, I just can't. Removing this thing is a huge relief. The plastic part on the front is so cheap and causes a lot of discomfort due to the way it bites no matter how you position it. The way your foot fits in is also a big issue, it pinches and rolls your foot even if it's very loose as it's designed to fit your foot. I don't even carry any weight, I don't rely on crutches, basically I just lie down with my leg up. I have read the instructions, watched the video and followed all the instructions except T. For God's sake, get rid of that thing, too bad.
