Very comfortable boot. The air bubbles are a great help for the fit. I broke a bone in my foot and was isolated in a boot for 4 months. My first boots were Breg and they didn't hold or offer the support/stability needed for the bone in my foot to heal. The Aircast boot has a solid base that keeps my foot stable. I have had these boots for about 3 weeks and they are already worn out. The first issue I had was the boot makes a squeaky noise and feels weird at heel strike, but it's not really a big issue and definitely not the reason I gave this review such a low score.
