Works right out of the box
Step 1: Unpack the box and remove the remote control Step 2: Insert some AAA batteries Step 3: DONE! It works like a charm. My new dog chewed on the one I've had for years. and I just matched my TV model number with the remote control. This is not a Smart TV, so there is no way to connect to WiFi and download a phone app. Luckily it was cheap and only a 2 day wait. I can't be wrong
