This high pressure shower head is well thought out. Here's a comparison to my traditional showerheads: It uses the water flow to spin a small fan, which increases the speed of the water flow and also increases the water pressure. This results in a powerful, more immersive overhead shower. The nozzle has many micro-holes instead of larger holes, which I think not only increases the flow rate of the water but also saves water. The neck of the head can be rotated 360°, which is convenient when there is no water hose and the head cannot move freely. Since we have a hose attached, we rotate the entire shower head, not its neck, so this feature doesn't suit us. It doesn't include a flexible hose, which I think will work for most people as the hose doesn't usually break. This reduces costs. The button can adjust the pressure level, but does not change the spray pattern. To adjust the water pressure, just press the button, which can also turn off the water completely. Installation is easy, just screw on and away you go. It's very easy. The only negative thing I can mention is the head size, but that's not a problem for me.
