My 4 year old son has been wearing size 5 shirts for almost a year and at a flea market we bought a light size 6 coat which is a bit too big for him but he can wear it. So I ordered 5/6. It's too big, and we're moving to Texas this winter (but not so soon that he doesn't need a thick winter coat in North Dakota), so I can't keep him next year. Which is very bad because I can say it's a good warm coat and seems well tailored. He even has the name J, so you'll be fine. I will give Kolya a refund soon.
