UPDATE: I have changed my original 3 star rating to 5 stars due to excellent customer service. The company reached out to me to try and help with my issues with this case and offered an alternative black velvet case that would definitely match the D30 and additional labels. They even escalated my issue to their R&D team for review. They said the pastel-colored bag was made of polyurethane and could change when exposed to oxygen. The polyurethane material becomes harder and its ductility decreases. I genuinely appreciate the company trying to help and lend a personal hand. I didn't take the offer of a black bag as I wanted pastel colors as I keep them on my desk. I rarely look for companies trying to solve problems so I want to support this company. Also, my D30 label printer is fantastic and I will be buying more as gifts. Original Review: Purchased for my D30 label printer (which I LOVE). It is compatible with the D30 and there is space on the side for additional rolls of labels. As you can see in my pictures the label maker will only fit if you stuff it in the middle. Even if he is in the middle, he stretches the bag. Because it only fits in the middle, you CANNOT put extra rolls of labels in the label maker bag. Basically, there's a lot of extra space on either side that can't be used. If this pocket were 1/4 inch larger, the label maker could step aside completely and have enough room to store additional labels. The whole point of the bag was that I could pack it all together, but I can't, so I'm sending it back.
