What immediately struck me was the ease of use and the hottest, cleanest gas flame I have ever seen on a stove. These little butane cans are sold in the same store as the old propane cans but I think they are more efficient and in turn have hotter flames! I thought these records would be well thought out too. A lot of thought went into this design. These ovens don't cost a fortune, but they do a professional job. I even know of a restaurateur who uses such a device instead of a several hundred dollar device for wedding receptions etc. You will not be disappointed with this device and the price.
