I like that it can be used for multiple stores in one account with different brands or products within each brand/store location as well as being able to see what is happening at other locations when there are issues such as price changes etc., It's very user friendly which helps keep our staff engaged and motivated! Nothing so far but we have been using this software since 2011 without any problems - great product!! We need something where all employees know how everything works together across departments (e-commerce).
