Good for the price. For the price it's like 5 stars but there are still a few downsides that you won't find in a higher end car. It works and doesn't stick and cuts sheets, linguine and angel hair if that's the right word. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars is because you can't submerge it in water without noticing rust on the inside, not the surface of the paste. This worked well for my first pasta roller. It does the job. Cleaning the pasta roller can be a bit tricky, but it can be done once it's slightly dry. Shake it back and forth using your fingers. Eventually I decided to submerge it fully in water and experienced rusting on the inside of the roller. If I had to do it again I would buy it for twice the price but with better quality. If you're confident you have no idea what you want to do, or think you will someday, this isn't a bad buy.
