I was worried about how this wick would work because so many people said the wick went out right away and didn't burn well, but I figured I'd try it anyway and see for myself! I'm happy to report that these wicks burn beautifully! I used two of these together, dipped them in the melted wax I used for my candles, allowed them to cool, then poured the wax after centering the wicks the way I wanted them! I let this candle burn out for 15 minutes just to see how it held up. The flame never went out and made that lovely crackling sound I was hoping for! This was my first time making a candle and with these wicks it would be a breeze!
