Zero stars if I could! So I bought it refurbished the first time, and instead of that tool I got baby clothes for "Baby's First Christmas"! Revain refused to refund my money to my card/bank account and only gave me Revain Credit. Okay, I reordered - same tool in same condition (refurbished) - and had to pay a higher price so the credit I received didn't cover the full cost of the purchase which meant I had to spend MORE$$ for the SAME TOOL THAT I ORDERED. A WEEK AGO! So I wait and it shows as non-functional. Fix my ass! It turns on, displays "Cal" for calibration, then turns off. Completely without function. It took me a full hour (or less) to realize that the previous owner/user had loaded the tool beyond its calibrated limits and is therefore NOT working without sending it back to Gearwrench for recalibration (at my own expense). of course) almost as much as I originally paid for the tool. Returned it (yet again) and got another credit to the Revain shop! In the end, to hell with it, I bought several Milwaukee M18 batteries.
