The manufacturer was the most difficult to deal with.

Honestly, this is the worst alarm clock I've ever owned. I have had nothing but problems with this product since the day I received it. The charging ports were not charging. The backup battery never worked. I called home to have it replaced but they didn't because I had the wrong power cord for the unit. (I used the included power cord)

Pros

This refurbished product has been tested and certified to look and work like new. The recovery process includes functional testing, basic cleanup, validation, and repackaging. The product comes with all relevant accessories and can be delivered in a standard packaging.
