The Celestron finder I ordered was delivered on time and carefully packaged same day. The Red Dot Starfinder was easy to install on my 127mm Celestron telescope. I also like to use the red dot finder to find celestial objects in the night sky. When I first received my telescope, I spent over an hour setting up my gear. And it wasn't a perfect setting, because when I switched eyepieces, I had to make big adjustments to find a star or space object. You just have to refocus. It's a lot less of a headache trying to calibrate your telescope. It took me less than 10 minutes to focus the telescope and finder on the same object. At first the little red dot was too bright. I couldn't see the planet or star I was looking for. But I was able to dim it with the brightness slider so I could see the object I wanted to focus on. This accessory comes with several mounting plates that you can use to attach the finderscope to your telescope model. I had to use screws from my old finder, they didn't come with this one. Batteries are also included, but make sure you turn them off when you're not using the star pointer for the evening. I give this product 5 stars for delivery, packaging, installation, ease of use and efficiency.
