I like this set. I took my time to make sure the spot was right and applied numbing cream to the inside and outside of my nose. Once numb, I wiped it inside and out with alcohol wipes. I marked the spot and used tiny pinhole clamps that can keep the needle in the same spot and prevent it from going into something you shouldn't. I took my time and finally realized it was all over. It was uncomfortable but I don't think it hurt because of the numbing cream. Braces hurt more and I think it helps. I felt the staples, so I didn't even focus on the needle. If you have done tattoos before, you can do it yourself. Watch the pros' videos on YouTube to see how they use clamps. It was so helpful. I highly recommend this set! Hooray, nose ring during Covid! And as I said, jewelry doesn't fit in needles. I'm not sure what they should be? When I watched the piercing videos, none of them had jewelry attached to the needles. You need to pierce the decoration and then insert it. I would use any decoration you can. I have nails that made it impossible for me to play around with tiny decorations! This one!
