I like that you can quickly see what devices are active or not in your hospital/clinic at any given time as well where they have been deployed if we need them somewhere else outside of our main location.- No complaints here so far!- Easy install once it is set up correctly (we had some issues when setting ours).
We use this software mainly from home but also do deployments occasionally throughout multiple hospitals within California and even overseas sometimes too! It has helped us keep track down equipment locations better than before since all information about who owns each item comes straight through their system unlike other systems out there now days such as Meditech etc.. I like that it is very easy to use as well has all of our devices are in one place so we can see everything at once! It would be nice if you could have more than just 5 alerts per day but this was not an issue when using other products before cynergic came out. We were able to find what issues where happening within minutes instead weeks or months prior without knowing exactly why they occurred since there wasn't any way to do anything about them back then!!
